Space in the annual GAP4+1 cohort is limited. Students who meet the qualifications are accepted on a first-come, first-admitted basis.
The GAP4+1 program is flexible and allows students to earn a master’s degree in either accountancy, taxation or accounting and finance. Students can obtain careers in accounting firms for assurance (audit), tax or consultancy; into private industry in the fields of planning, analytics, administration, controllership or finance; or into the worlds of asset management, banking, investment analyst, securities, and investment consultants.

The School of Business Sciences offers a variety of programs and curriculum in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Information Management, Entrepreneurship, Paralegal Studies and Real Estate.​
The real estate department prepares its diverse students for the real estate salesperson and broker licenses and to be active in real estate without the goal of licensure.
The American Bar Association (ABA) approved paralegal program at 51ÁÔÆæ prepares students to assist attorneys as paralegals in administrative agencies, corporations, insurance companies, private law firms, government, and other legal environments. Emphasis is on training students in the practical application and development of up-to-date paralegal related job skills. In addition, the program introduces students to legal theory.
The Computer Information Management (CIM) program encompasses a broad area of study, including computer operating systems, software applications, and networking and internetworking technologies. Courses are designed to prepare students at various levels of competence - from the novice to the expert for immediate employment, professional careers, and/or transfer.
