IVC Students Participate in the 22nd Annual UCI Community College Honors Research Conference
Sixty IVC students, supported by the IVC Honors Program, participated in the 22nd Annual on March 26, 2022. IVC students delivered 32 oral presentations and 13 poster presentations, comprising 45 of the 188 total research projects presented β the greatest number out of the 30 participating colleges statewide.

Irvine Valley's womenβs basketball team captured its fourth Orange Empire Conference (OEC) title last week.
The Lasers closed out the season with an overall record of 23-2 and 12-0 in conference. The team was ranked No. 4 in the state and No. 1 in Southern California.
Laser sophomore guard Morgan Higgins was named the OEC MVP with forward Sarah Matossian, guard Paola Roa and guard Jessica Suruor also being selected first team all-conference. Head coach Julie Hanks was named the conference coach of the year.
