Academic Honesty and Dishonesty
Students may be disciplined for academic dishonesty. Disciplinary actions range from a verbal reprimand, to a written reprimand, to disciplinary probation, to suspension, to expulsion.

Reporting and Resources
Important Note
51ÁÔÆæ faculty or staff who are (a) filing a complaint against SOCCCD employees or (b) reporting a violation by SOCCCD employees should not submit reports through Incident Reporting. These should be reported directly to District Human Resources: 949-582-4850.

Standards of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures
Students shall respect the right of all members of the college community to teach and learn in a safe and academically stimulating environment. The Board of Trustees or District’s Administration shall hold students responsible for observing the student conduct rules and regulations of this policy. The Student Code of Conduct shall be published in both College catalogs and other publications and websites.
Candidate Criteria
The criteria for applying to the program are:
- Must be in good standing with the college and maintain a 2.7 grade point average
- Must be a full-time student
- Must make a one-year commitment
- Must have completed 12 units 51ÁÔÆæ

The Student Ambassador Program is an opportunity for IVC students to learn about the college and the South Orange County Community College District while representing IVC at events throughout the year, including providing campus tours for prospective students.

DSPS, EOPS, Re-Entry, Guardian Scholars & Veterans Students
Qualified DSPS, EOPS, Re-Entry Program students, Guardian Scholars, and Veterans are eligible for up to two hours of tutoring per week for up to three classes. This includes any class, provided we can find a tutor for that course.
