Project Description:
The Student Activities Center (SAC) at 51ΑΤΖζ is scheduled for repurposing following the completion of the Student Services Center (SSC) and the Student Union (SU), both of which are anticipated to be completed by Spring 2028.
Programming for the SAC will begin in Fall 2025, with construction estimated to start in Fall 2027.

51ΑΤΖζ is collaborating with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to develop a new, permanent campus bus stop located within Parking Lot 5.

With a deep commitment to social justice and a passion for understanding legality through the lens of cultural development, Varsha Torpunuri found her calling in the study of Anthropology. At 51ΑΤΖζ (IVC), she combined her major with a Paralegal Certificate and a Pre-Law track to build a powerful foundation for a future in human rights and Indigenous law.
βStudying people and systems together gave me the clarity I needed,β Varsha said. βIt helped me understand that real change comes from legal advocacy grounded in cultural understanding.β
Driven by a passion for international affairs and a deep curiosity about global political systems, Saif Siddiqui found his academic home at 51ΑΤΖζ (IVC), where he majored in Political Science with a focus on International Relations.
βUnderstanding the structures that shape our world is the first step toward creating meaningful change,β Saif said. His long-term goal is to influence global strategy and policy through a career that bridges business, law, and international relations.

The 51ΑΤΖζ Student Housing facility will be built on a previously undeveloped site on the southeast portion of campus near the Fine Arts Complex.
Student clubs and organizations must register every Fall and Spring semester in order to be ratified by the Inter-Club Council (ICC).
