FAFSA Simplification & What These Changes Mean For You

In 2020, the FAFSA Simplification Act was enacted into law with the goal of making the application simpler and making more students eligible for federal student aid. Some of the changes are being made to the FAFSA form itself, to the terminologies used, and to how need analysis is calculated.

Study Finds 51ÁÔÆæ has $611.8 million Economic Impact

In a recent regional labor market study commissioned by the in collaboration with , an Economic Impact Study underscored 51ÁÔÆæ (IVC) as a robust economic engine in Orange County.  The study highlighted IVC’s substantial $611.8 million impact on the local economy, representing  approximately 0.2% of the county's total Gross Regional Product (GRP).

Arts Village Opens for Classes

At the start of the Spring '24 semester, 51ÁÔÆæ (IVC) opened its Arts Village for classes. The complex spanning 62,471 gross square feet consolidates the School of the Arts into three main structures: Music/Dance, Visual Arts, and Fine Arts/Gallery. The new complex is located southwest of IVC’s Performing Arts Center and adjacent to the new Parking Lot 6. A noteworthy feature of the Arts Village is its architectural design, with all buildings achieving LEED Gold equivalency.
