In Fall 2020, I hosted a virtual 3-hour session on βDeveloping A DEI Framework 51ΑΤΖζβ where I shared the importance of creating an equity framework that aligns every program, initiative and activity to college-wide diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals.
