Project Description:
The Satellite Coffee Structures 51ÁÔÆæ and ATEP and Cafeteria Upgrades 51ÁÔÆæ Project consists of IVC cafeteria upgrades, a new permanent structure 51ÁÔÆæ close to the new Art Village (under construction), mobile food stands, as well as perishable food and coffee vending equipment at IDEA on the ATEP satellite campus.
The project is currently in Phase 1, consisting of location and feasibility assessment, structure options review and final locations approval. Phase 2, which consists of design and construction, will begin February 2022, with construction tentatively scheduled for November 2022 and project completion March 2023.
