Irvine Valley wins the Orange Empire Conference title outright with a 9-0 victory over Fullerton on Thursday at home. The Lasers, ranked No. 1 in the state, finish the regular season at home next Tuesday against Orange Coast.

Irvine Valley and Riverside competed for 10 tough innings Thursday in the second game of an Orange Empire Conference series. The game was tied, 1-1, heading into extras and RCC pushed a run across in the 10th for the win.
