You may obtain an immediate official verification of your degree or enrollment status at no cost by utilizing the National Student Clearinghouse.
If you are unable to request an enrollment verification from National Student Clearinghouse, you may request it by using our Verification Request form below.
The following verifications are also available to request online on our Student Forms website or by selecting the form below:
- - to request completion of the Cal Grant GPA form. No fee.
- - to request completion of supplemental Common Application forms. A $6 fee applies per request. You may request completion of up to 5 Common Application forms per request.
- - for other types of verifications such as EDD, housing, insurance, non-enrollment (active students only). A $6 fee may apply for certain verification requests.
- - (for non-active students) to request verification that you are not enrolled 51ÁÔÆæ. A $6 fee applies per request.
