The California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant Program provides financial assistance to eligible California Dream Act students who complete community or volunteer service.
Their list includes general application eligibility requirements and can be grouped by state. None of the scholarships listed require proof of U.S. citizenship and they only list scholarships due within 90 days.
